I use a very cool tool that you might also find helpful - it is called ‘AllWebMenus” and they have an “AllWebMenus WordPress Menus Addin/Plugin’ as well.

With this tool you can create very nice, cross-browser web menus for your blog/site, to add optimized navigation experience.

Hi, I found cool flash photo galleries plugin for WordPress. Named GRAND Flash Album Gallery – multi category flash skin based photo gallery with powerful admin. I used it in my blog. There are so many different settings. You can adjust the color scheme for your blog as you wish. There are many different skins. You can present your photo gallery in a wonderful way, there is a full-screen mode. This is a very cool plugin.

I agree with this coment, most of them are really helpful for running a successful blog. Creating a Google compliant site map is an important part of SEO since it makes it easier for Google to index your page

My favorite plugin would have to be WP-O-Matic. This plugin is amazing and basically you get content to your blog for free. I also like to use All in One SEO Pack to optimize my meta tags which help with my search engine ranking. Sociable is also a cool plugin for posting all the social bookmarking sites links on your blog post.

One I don’t see here that is a HUGE time saver and helper to keep your stuff up to date is Wordpress Automatic Upgrades It also works for updating many Plugins. However, I generally wait before upgrading the entire wordpress system as there is often bugs to be worked out shortly after release.
But when your all set this plugin is Great.

You got a great list there to work off of. I use a lot of those, I guess its all in what you are looking for right. Here is a few more good ones tan tan noodles and optimal title. Google search them to find out more or visit my blog for more info.
